Scheduling Information
To ensure every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve, I kindly ask that you review my scheduling policies before booking.
Booking Your Appointment
I accept appointments by online booking only through my scheduling system. All appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and require a deposit to secure your spot.
Appointment Time
Each appointment is scheduled with enough time for consultation, design, and the procedure itself. Please arrive on time, as arriving late may affect your service or require rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, I may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a lost deposit, as that time was reserved specifically for you.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits cannot be transferred to missed or late-canceled appointments.
Touch-Ups
Most permanent makeup services require a follow-up or touch-up appointment, which is typically scheduled several weeks after your initial session. Touch-ups must be booked separately.
Reminders
I send appointment reminders as a courtesy, but it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled date and time.
